Inspiration: Re-awaken in White

White is one of the big colors for this spring... or lack thereof! I love the idea of an all white outfit, it slightly terrifies me because I'm a klutz of sorts.
There's just something about all white that is so pure, and especially on darker skin tones, I am oh so jealous of the way it pops. This reminds me of how I must sunbathe this summer because I'm like a little ghost from this terrible winter we had.
Don't forget to follow me on pinterest for more of my gatherings...

Etsy Shop Of The Moment: laPupaHuman

Masha Kukharchyk of Warsaw, Poland creates some of the sweetest clothing and accessories in a Russian style. She is in fact Russian but has been living in Poland for quite awhile. I stumbled upon her designs while browsing Etsy one afternoon, I delved in more because I was so entranced by the Folk Ornament Dress (pictured above). Her prices are astonishingly affordable, and for the lovely work you get almost too good to be true! She also makes some darn cute ceiling lights out of Matryoshka dolls. While writing this post, nearly all of the dresses on her page sold out! It seems she frequently posts though so I would not be too worried if you are lusting after one of those amazing dresses.

Project Runway Reunion - NYFW

I recently won a contest on one of my favorite blogs, Nitrolicious. The contest was to attend a Project Runway also a new HP Envy x2 Laptop/Tablet! I took one of my best girl friend's (and hair stylist) and off we went on our little weekend getaway to New York. The trip was delayed and almost cancelled, but we were determined to brave the storm and make it to NY in time for the event.

As soon as I walked into the event I was starstruck. Fashion designers galore, bloggers that I read every day, and people of some sort of higher social status.

The event was great, the fashion's shown were also unique but also a couple pieces we've seen before.

Overall, it was a great time and to be among so much talent was a treat. Thank you Nitrolicious & HP for having me!

Free People Holiday Collection 2012

I have a love for all things Free People. Their clothes, accessories, styling, bohemian everything, it's all good in my book. This idea hasn't changed for me seeing their holiday collection for this year. I want to wear many of these pieces just out of the sheer comfort look they give. Take a peek at what Free People has to offer, can't wait to stop into our local store and give the clothes a try!
